Over Thinking………..Its good to think…Its helpful to think…Its necessary to think…It creates sensitivity & empathy…But its not always good to over think…It can be negative to self to be oversensitive…It’s not helpful at times to over analyse…These things heighten anxiety…This can create questions within yourself…You do this because you are aware…You do this because you are sensitive…Protect your sensitivity…All have issues…Don’t absorb another’s…Don’t soak in their negativity…Speak out if you need to…Protect self if you need to…Walk away if you need to…Change the pattern…Give back that which is sent out…Look & see the reality behind the behaviour…Take the sensitivity out…Put logic in…Step back…Release…Return to sender…Self well being first…NL x
